Getting your film developed with BG Film Lab is simple. The process is designed to be easy, clear, and reliable from start to finish.
Here is how to send your film to us for processing, scanning, and delivery.
1. Place Your Order Online
Start by visiting our online store and selecting the film processing service that matches your roll.
Choose the correct options for your film type, format, and negative preferences before checking out. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order number. Keep this number handy, because it helps us match your film to your order when it arrives at the lab. Make sure it's your order number and not the confirmation number!
You'll also receive an automated confirmation email with your order number for reference.
2. Package Your Film
After placing your order, securely package your film rolls for shipping or drop-off.
Inside the package, include a small piece of paper with your order number clearly written on it. This is an important step and helps us quickly identify your film when we receive it.
We recommend packaging your film in a way that protects it from moisture, crushing, or damage during transit.
3. Get Your Film To Us

4. We Process and Scan Your Film
Once your film arrives, we begin processing and scanning your film. You'll receive an email when we log your roll, so you know we've got it!
We handle every roll with care and consistency, from receiving the roll through scanning. After processing, your images are prepared for digital delivery.
5. Receive Your Photos
Your finished scans will be delivered digitally within 5 business days after we receive your film.*
Once your photos are ready, you will receive access to your image files so you can download, share, and enjoy them.
