Where do I ship my film for processing?
You can get your film to us in two ways. First is shipping through the mail. If using this method, please ship your package (along with your Order ID!) to:

If you are local to Bowling Green and don't want to pay for shipping, we have a free drop box set up with Candle Makers on the Square. Swing by and talk with their staff to hand over your film! The address for the drop box is:

When will I get my scans?
We guarantee a 5 business day turnaround period for scans from the day we receive your rolls. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Your scans will be delivered digitally via the email provided at checkout. If you choose to receive your negatives back, they will be shipped to the address used when checking out.
