Candid Guest Perspective

Hands-Free Process

BG Film Lab handles everything except for the picture taking. Cameras that are suited for the environment are dropped off at hte venue the day before the wedding, those cameras are then picked up from the venue the next day. We immediately process those cameras the following week and deliver pictures within 5 business days!

Frequently asked questions

HOW DO I GET MY REFERRAL COMMISSION?

Venues are provided a custom QR code for clients to book our service with. For all bookings that come through this link, the venue receives a 10% commission based on the subtotal of the services rendered. Packages start at $450, so for each referred booking, the venue receives at least $45. Payments to the venue are made on a monthly basis, with the total commission for the previous month being paid via check, cash, or card based on venue's preference.
WHAT IS MY VENUE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Your venue is only responsible for allowing BG Film Lab to drop off the cameras the day before the event and pick them up the day after. All camera usage, placements, and collections are on the client to ensure is done to their liking. The venues ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for setup, payment processing, film development, or scan delivery.
WHAT IF THE PICTURES DON'T TURN OUT?

Disposable cameras are candid and imperfect by nature. Some images may be dark, blurry, accidental, unused, or unusable. BG Film Lab guarantees proper delivery, pickup, and processing, but it is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, unused, or poorly exposed cameras once they are in the couple's possession (and neither is your venue). BG Film Lab uses their industry knowledge to select disposable cameras that are best suited for the venue's environment and lighting to offer the best chance at having the pictures turn out well, but the ultimate responsibility to make sure that the pictures look good is in the hands of the photographers (the guests using the cameras).
