Your Wedding on Film

Your wedding day will go by fast, and you can only experience it from your own point of view.

Your Wedding on Film gives your guests a fun, nostalgic way to capture the candid moments happening all around your reception: table laughs, dance floor memories, behind-the-scenes moments, funny faces, favorite details, and the little in-between parts of the day your photographer may not be able to see.

Each package includes disposable film cameras for your guests to use during the celebration. After the wedding, BG Film Lab picks up the cameras, develops the film, creates high-resolution digital scans, and returns your cut and sleeved negatives by mail.

How It Works

After booking, BG Film Lab will coordinate delivery and pickup based on your wedding venue.

Your cameras, instruction cards, return basket, and signage materials will be dropped off the day before your wedding. On the wedding day, you, your wedding party, planner, or coordinator can place the cameras throughout your reception space however you’d like.

Guests use the cameras throughout the night, then return them to the designated basket before the event ends.

The day after your wedding, BG Film Lab picks up the cameras, develops the film, scans the images, and sends your digital files through WeTransfer. Your negatives will be cut, sleeved, and mailed back to you.

Pricing

Packages start at $450, which includes 10 disposable cameras.

Additional cameras are $45 each.

A 10-camera minimum is required for all wedding packages. Sales tax is added separately. Full payment is required upfront to reserve your date.

Turnaround Time

Cameras are picked up the day after your wedding and processed that week. Digital scans are typically delivered within 5 business days after pickup.

Your WeTransfer delivery link will remain active for 30 days, so please download and save your images within that window.

A Note About Disposable Cameras

Disposable camera photos are candid, nostalgic, and imperfect by nature. Some images may be blurry, dark, accidental, unused, or unusable — but that is part of the charm of real film.

BG Film Lab guarantees proper delivery, pickup, and film processing. However, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, unused, or poorly exposed cameras once they are in your possession during the event.

All returned cameras will be processed, but packages are not refundable due to unused exposures, unused cameras, lost cameras, or image quality resulting from guest use.
